Who runs this research

FlySkyStop runs this research. The legal entity name and postal address are added before launch.

This is private travel research. It is not a medical study and it is not run by a hospital, hotel or employer.

What we collect

• Your answers about where and when you would like to travel.
• Places you choose or type, for example an airport or a city.
• Optional: name, email, phone and zip code, only if you type them.
• The QR code or link that sent you here, and the date and time.
• The state and country your internet connection appears to be in, the type of device you used (phone, tablet or computer), your language, and how long the form took. These do not name you.

If you tap “Use my location”, your phone shares your position with this page once. We use it in your browser to pick the nearest place from our list. We save the place, how far away it was in whole kilometers and how exact the reading was. We do not save your latitude or longitude.

We do not ask for your date of birth, street address, payment details or any health details.

Why we collect it

To find where routes and landing pads would help most, to count how many people want each route, and to share totals with possible transport partners. If you give contact details, we may use them to answer your request.

What we do not collect

We do not save your exact location. We do not track you in the background. We do not use advertising trackers, session recording or device fingerprinting. We do not read your contacts, photos or other files. We do not take payments.

Who sees your answers

• The FlySkyStop team.
• Our web developer, only when fixing or maintaining the site.
• The services that run the site: Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare for the spam check and file storage. They handle data for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Partners see totals only, such as how many people want a route from A to B. They do not see your name, email or phone.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We delete contact details (name, email and phone) after 24 months. Answers without contact details may be kept longer as totals. If you ask us to delete your details, we do it within 30 days.

Your choices and how to delete your data

• Skip any contact field. Location is optional too. You can pick your place from the list instead.
• You can turn location off for this site in your phone or browser settings at any time.
• To see, correct or delete your details, email hello@flyskystop.com from the address you gave us. We may ask one question to confirm it is you.
• If you answered without contact details, we cannot find your answer, so we cannot delete it. It holds no name or contact.

Cookies and site counts

We use only what is needed to run the site and its spam check. We do not use advertising cookies. If you open the site from a QR code, we keep a small cookie for 30 minutes that holds the tag of that code, so we know which place brought you here. It holds nothing about you. Site counts show only the country and state of visits, never your street or your exact position. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we respect it.

Children

This site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to give us contact details. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete them.

Health information warning

Please do not type anything about your health, treatment, a diagnosis or a patient. This includes if you are answering from a hospital. We are not a healthcare provider. This site is not covered by health privacy law and cannot keep medical details as a hospital would. If we see health details, we may delete them.

Research disclaimer

Your answers help us study demand. They do not book a flight, reserve a seat or promise a route. No service is offered and nothing here means a route will be built. Results are not medical, legal or financial advice.

Taking part is voluntary. You can stop at any time. We will not share your individual answers with your employer or any facility.

Security

We use secure connections and limit who can open the data. No system is perfectly safe. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
